My Professional beliefs
I believe the provision of quality care, education and training forms the basis of a holistic approach for the engagement and development of all people and increases their capacity for a strong a resilient life in all its fullness.
I advocate for the unique identities and learning needs of people of all ages, and for each to be recipients of the most appropriate support and intervention to build their individual capability.
I believe all people require strong, stable, and consistent role models, who will guide and mentor them in becoming adults able to fully function and participate in society according to their individual strengths and personal competence.
Who is Allyson Dutschke?
I am child protection trainer and consultant with over 35 years of experience across the fields of child protection, early childhood, vocational education and training, and career counselling.
I am able to customise and provide training for staff of all levels of experience - across all fields of Child Related Employment.
I have been described as Personable and the 'Trainer of Choice' by organisations - and ‘without any dullness’ by training participants.
I have delivered training and development to students, individuals and workplaces, from introductory level to senior management. I can confidently support you and your workplace in achieving Child Safe Organisation compliance, or in writing organisational policies and procedures.
